Troubleshooting
Discord Screen Share
This is a known issue on some machines. Viewing other people's screen share on Discord does not work while spoofed. Your own screen share should work fine. Use Discord Web in your browser to view other people's screen share. There is no fix for this at the moment.
MP4 Files Not Opening
This is a known issue caused by a GPU rendering error while spoofed. There is no fix for this at the moment. Use Legacy Windows Media Player to view MP4 files while spoofed.
PC Crashing
Download CrashFixer.exe and run the executable as Admin.
If CrashFixer Did Not Fix It 1) Disable all background running applications (Task Manager & Tray) 2) No debuggers, monitoring, or injectors running (Delete them/close them) 3) Make sure all Anti-viruses are disabled (external ones too) 4) If you're on Wi-Fi, attempt to connect to an Ethernet cable
Referenced Memory Error
This issue is not fixable. You would have to reinstall Windows.

BSOD ISSUE Bluescreen issues and how to resolve them.
Common Reasons
Unsupported Windows version — Custom OS, Windows 11 could sometimes cause issues.
Anti-Virus software — Windows Defender or external ones like Norton must be disabled.
Disk-related tools — Any external disk tools (e.g., CrystalDisk) should be uninstalled.
MSI lighting software — Has been reported to cause issues. Uninstall the software.
External or uncommon disks — USB drives must be unplugged and removed.
If none of the above troubleshooting has worked, we recommend doing a fresh installation of Windows, which always 100% fixes the issue(s) you're facing. Or you can provide us with a memory dump.
